Siam Marina is already known to thousands of loyal customers who regularly dine at our two Calumet City, Illinois locations.  Our menu is comprised of Thai cuisine with other Southeast Asian touches. Tammy Pham is executive chef, menu planner, and owner of the Siam Marina locations.   Pham, who grew up in Saigon, Vietnam is married to Sapion Chung, who was born in USA.  Chung manages the restaurants.
